pkcasino reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the Platform suspects palpable error in odds, where a market has been offered in error, or where there is reasonable suspicion that a bet is being placed with knowledge of non-public information that would give an unfair advantage. Where a bet is cancelled after acceptance, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
Where odds, game results, or any other game or betting market data are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"), pkcasino reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds or under the erroneous conditions and to return stakes to affected players. pkcasino will not honour winnings arising from a clearly identifiable palpable error in odds or game data.
In the event of a game or platform malfunction that interrupts or corrupts a gaming session, pkcasino will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-interruption state where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, pkcasino may void the affected game round and return any relevant stakes to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction will not be paid. The determination of whether a malfunction has occurred and the appropriate remedy rests with pkcasino.

Settlement of sports betting markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body.
